The Teaching Well research project examines the role ofprofessional development focused on teacher-wellness impacts teachers’ school-based experiences.
TTW’s aims to answer the following research questions:
1.) What are the Teaching Well’s theory of change/actions for supporting school improvement/transformation?
2.) How does the Teaching Well organize professional learning experiences for leaders and teachers to improve/transform schools?
3.) What are the experiences of educators participating in Teaching Well’s professional learning community?
4.) To what degree do the educators participating in the Teaching Well’s PLC describe shifts/changes to their practice?
