The Center for Research on Expanding Educational Opportunity (CREEO) at UC Berkeley's School of Education, led by Dr. Travis J. Bristol, aims to shape policy related to historically resilient and marginalized populations in order to facilitate access to needed education resources and opportunities, include voices of historically resilient and marginalized populations in the creation of recommendations for policy change “not about me without me,” and elevate learnings from research and practice to influence state, national, and international policy agendas.
