The Teaching Well research project examines the role of professional development focused on teacher-wellness and how it impacts teachers’ school-based experiences.
TTW aims to answer the following research questions:
1.) What is The Teaching Well’s theory of change for supporting school improvement?
2.) How does The Teaching Well organize professional learning experiences for leaders and teachers to improve schools?
3.) What are the experiences of educators participating in The Teaching Well’s professional learning community?
4.) To what degree do the educators participating in The Teaching Well’s professional learning community describe changes to their practice and their decisions to stay or leave their school?
