Bio/CV:
Christine Quince, PhD is a proud Detroiter, researcher, teacher educator, and postdoctoral scholar at UC Berkeley. In her work, Dr. Quince examines the pedagogical decisions teachers make and how their decisions incorporate Black students, their home culture, and community knowledge. Dr. Quince’s research is aimed towards helping educators critique their practice, shift towards an asset-orientation of Black students, and improve the academic success of Black students.
