Bio/CV:
Maya Schoucair (she/her) is a second-year Master's student in the School of Information, specializing in data science and information policy. The focus of her academic and professional work has always been rooted in a commitment to social impact, a passion that stems from her upbringing in the Philippines. She is dedicated to leveraging data in socially and ethically responsible ways to drive meaningful community outcomes. As a Graduate Data Corps member, she will be working on mapping teachers represented by the National Board Resource Center (NBRC) in the East Bay. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Child Development from Tufts University.
