Bio/CV:
Dr. Ma’Ronda X serves as the Executive Director of the Afrikan Black Coalition, where they train Black student leaders in leadership development, political education, and organizing. Much of her work focuses on enhancing leadership, organizational capacity, and social-emotional learning in Black communities. Dr. X's current research examines Afrocentric leadership and effectiveness in Black organizations. She remains steadfast in her commitment to changing the material conditions of all African people through liberatory leadership and education.
