Sharing Research-Driven Strategies on Enhancing Black Student Education by Increasing Black Teachers and Improving Teaching Quality!
In particular, How can we enhance the education of Black students by implementing practices that both increase the number of Black teachers and improve the overall quality of teaching in classrooms where Black students are educated?
Specifically:

Tailor recruitment efforts to meet candidates' financial, professional, and personal needs.

Encourage Black teachers to pursue National Board Certification.

Adopt strategies that promote teacher retention through the healing of Compassion Fatigue.
